All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Faithfully LIT is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
